1. Overview and Acceptance of Offer

Welcome to Jobbro.tech, the AI-driven work marketplace operated by B2B SaaS Solutions (Uzbekistan) (Asaka 17, 60, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, 100000).

These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also constitute a Public Offer (Оферта) to all users. They govern your access to and use of the platform, whether you are:

• A Founder submitting project requests (leads)
• An Agency seeking to acquire leads or offer services
• Or a visitor exploring the platform

By registering, submitting form on the Jobbro.tech platform and/or by making any payment for services, you explicitly agree to these terms, which constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of this Public Offer. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

Jobbro.tech operates on a credit-based system for lead acquisition:

• Credit Value: One (1) credit is valued at $10.00 USD.
• Lead Cost: Each qualified lead has a cost ranging from one (1) to eight (8) credits, depending on its qualification criteria, project scope, and exclusivity. The exact credit cost for each lead will be clearly displayed on the platform.
• Payment for Leads: Agencies pay for access to detailed lead data by purchasing and utilizing these credits.
• Future Pricing Models: While the current model is credit-based, future pricing may include subscription plans for accessing leads or additional platform features, which will be communicated separately.

All payments for lead access or services are processed through Stripe. We do not store or access your card details directly. All financial transactions are governed by Stripe’s Terms of Use and privacy rules.

3. Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you interact with the platform:

• Identification details: name, surname, email, phone, LinkedIn profile
• Project data: industry, description, estimated budget, timeline
• Technical data: IP address, browser info, device type
• Interaction data: pages visited, user behavior, file uploads
• Cookies and tracking pixels (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.)

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Match founders and agencies via AI-powered lead scoring
• Generate summaries of projects and optimize marketplace workflows
• Send project recommendations or lead updates
• Communicate important updates or relevant opportunities
• Analyze platform performance and user behavior
• Process payments through Stripe

5. AI-Powered Decision Making

Jobbro.tech uses AI to support and automate parts of the process, such as:

• Lead scoring and ranking
• Generating short project summaries
• Surface matching between agencies and founders. These systems assist human decisions but do not make contractual or financial commitments on your behalf.

6. Lead Data Monetization

When a founder submits a project request, it may be shared (partially or fully) with verified agencies on the platform.This is done only after explicit opt-in consent from the founder, typically obtained during project submission, which constitutes acceptance of this Public Offer's terms for founders.Agencies pay for access to detailed lead data, including contact information.We do not sell personal data to third parties outside this controlled, consent-based marketplace process.

7. Third-Party Sharing

We may share data with:

• Service providers (Stripe, analytics, hosting)
• Contractors working under NDA
• Agencies who receive leads via marketplace access
• We do not publicly resell, trade, or expose user data to third parties unrelated to service delivery.

8. User Rights & GDPR

If you are a resident of the European Union or similar jurisdiction, you have the right to:

• Request access to your data
• Correct inaccuracies

• Consent (when you submit your project or sign up)

9. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain user data only as long as reasonably necessary for:

• Marketplace operations
• Legal compliance
• Analytics and fraud prevention. You may request deletion of your data by emailing info@jobbro.tech.Requests are processed within 60 days.

10. Account Use
At this time, user accounts are not required, but registration features may be introduced soon.When accounts are introduced, additional controls and user dashboards will be provided for privacy and data export.

11. Payments (This section remains largely the same, except for new specific pricing section)
All payments for lead access or services are processed through Stripe or direct bank payments.We do not store or access your card details directly.All financial transactions are governed by Stripe’s Terms of Use and privacy rules.

12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or incomplete data
• Harvest or scrape information from the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or scoring logic
• Contact leads without purchasing access or violating platform flow
• Engage in any unlawful, abusive, or manipulative behaviorWe reserve the right to block or remove users violating these terms.

13. Lead Validity and Credit Returns
Lead Validity Criteria: A lead is considered invalid, entitling the Agency to a credit return, if:

• The provided contact email address is incorrect or bounces.
• The project description is fundamentally misleading and do not connect with lead's experience e.g. on Linkedin.

• Claim Process: Claims for invalid leads must be submitted via email or direct support outreach within 3 business days of the lead purchase.
• Credit Return: Upon successful validation of an invalid lead claim, the purchased credits for that specific lead will be returned to the Agency's Jobbro.tech account balance. No cash refunds are provided for lead purchases.

14. Intellectual Property
All materials, models, branding, and platform logic are the property of B2B SaaS Solutions, unless otherwise stated.You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the service without written consent.

15. Governing Law
‍These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

16. Updates
‍This policy may be updated without prior notice.Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.By continuing to use the service, you accept the updated terms.
